Thousand Years Old Fishing Tradition
Sali is the municipal and administrative centre of the Dugi Otok island and the place with the largest population. It is located on the north-eastern coast of the island and has a very well established excursion, nautical and sports tourism. In Sali guests have a medical and dental clinic, a post office, an ATM, a Harbour branch office and an arranged mooring for ships at their service. In the reading-room in Sali one can read or borrow books in several languages, and the reading- room was the organizer of many interesting events such as Sali's presentation of traditional dishes and classical music concerts.
